The theme song of Little Einsteins is played in every episode. It is sung by Annie, June, Leo and Quincy. It was composed and written by Billy Straus who also wrote the Dora The Explorer opening. In 2015, This theme song bas became an internet phenomenon, where users post vines of themselves dancing to a remix of the theme song.

The season two version of the theme song has the following changes:
